Terms of sale

The OutoMake Shop at shop.outomake.com is run by OutoMake (“we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you buy a video from the shop. By completing a purchase you agree to them, together with the license and the refund policy.

Each listing is a ready-made digital video, either a long YouTube video or a Short. You buy the full-quality file together with an exclusive license to use it. The product page shows what you receive: duration, resolution, frame rate, file format and size, language, voiceover, music and captions.

You need an OutoMake account to buy and to access your videos. It is the same account you use on outomake.com, and new accounts can use Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud addresses. Keep your password private: purchases belong to the account that made them.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page run by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card details.

When you start checkout, the videos in your order are reserved for you for about 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, they return to the shop.

Each video is sold once. After a completed purchase it is removed from the shop and is not sold again. If another buyer completes payment for the same video moments before you, that video is refunded to you automatically.

Delivery is digital and instant. As soon as payment is confirmed, your videos appear in My videos, ready to watch and download, and we email you a download link. We recommend keeping your own copy of every file.

If a payment is later refunded or reversed, for example through a chargeback, the license for that video ends and it is no longer available in My videos. If a dispute is closed in our favour, access returns automatically.

No refund can be done once video file is delivered. If there is any issue in video, we can revise and fix it. But all our videos are posted after multiple reviews.

Duplicate or failed charges are refunded automatically. The refund policy explains how to request a fix.

Use your videos within the license. Please do not try to remove preview watermarks, share your download links, copy listings, interfere with the shop, or make fraudulent payments. We may limit access for accounts that do.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you buy applies to that purchase.
