Your exclusive license

When you buy a video, you receive an exclusive ownership license for it. Each video is sold once: after your purchase it is removed from the shop and is never sold again, and OutoMake will not reuse the exact video.

The license belongs to you, the buyer, and is not transferable. You can publish the video for a client as part of your work (see below), but you cannot resell or hand over the license itself.

The license starts when your payment is confirmed. It ends if that payment is refunded or reversed, for example through a chargeback.

• Monetize it on YouTube, including through the YouTube Partner Program.
• Publish it on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Use it in client work, for example on a channel or brand account you manage for a client.
• Use it in ads and other promotions.
• Edit it: trim, re-cut, re-caption, translate or combine it with your own footage.

• Reselling the file, or offering it as stock footage or in a stock library.
• Redistributing the raw file, for example sharing it so other people can download or reuse it.

Every asset in a shop video, including footage, images, music, sound and voiceover, is either licensed for this use or original. Videos are finished, ready-made videos rather than direct AI generation, and every video is posted after multiple reviews.

If a copyright claim ever comes up on a video you bought, contact support@outomake.com with your order id and the claim details. We will resolve the claim or fix the video.

Every purchase comes with a printable license certificate in My videos. It records the buyer, the order id and purchase date, the video, and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the file you received, so you can show that the video is licensed to you.

Refunds and fixes are covered by the refund policy, and buying from the shop by the terms of sale. If anything on this page is unclear, ask us before you buy.
